1. Your account
After your payment is verified, you receive a Student ID and password. Keep them private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
2. Enrollment and payment
- Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Payments are made by bKash, Nagad or Rocket Send Money and verified by our team, usually within a few hours.
- Send the exact amount shown and enter the correct Transaction ID. We can't approve an order we can't match to a payment.
- Prices and offers may change for future batches. They never change for a batch you have already paid for.
- All payments are final and non-refundable. See our Refund Policy.
3. How research batches work
- Each batch starts with about 6–7 live classes on theory and software. Then the batch chooses a research topic, works on it together with the mentor, and prepares a paper for submission.
- A batch has at most 10 students. Enrollment stays open until the batch has enough students. Once classes start, enrollment for that batch closes.
- Authorship on any paper is decided by the mentor based on each member's actual contribution. Paying for a batch does not guarantee authorship or a particular author position.
- We guide you toward submission, but we can't guarantee that any journal or conference will accept a paper. That decision belongs to its editors and reviewers.
4. Academic integrity
We teach and guide. We don't write theses or papers on a student's behalf. You agree not to submit plagiarised or fabricated work, and to follow your university's rules. We may remove a student from a batch, without refund, for plagiarism, data fabrication or abusive behaviour.
5. Certificates
Certificates are issued when you complete a batch, and anyone can verify them on our Verify page. We may cancel a certificate that was obtained dishonestly.
6. Class materials and products
- Class recordings, slides, code and model files are for your own learning and research. Please don't share, upload or resell them.
- Products you buy may be used in your own academic work, with credit to NexnanoH where appropriate, but may not be resold or redistributed.
7. Liability
We work hard to give accurate teaching and working files, but we provide them "as is". We are not responsible for results that depend on your own work, software licences or third-party decisions such as journal acceptance. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course or product involved.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
