No refunds
Fees for research batches, thesis and research supervision (once a supervisor is matched) and digital products are non-refundable once your payment has been verified. This applies even if you stop attending, miss classes, or decide not to continue.
Seats in each batch are limited to 10 students, and teaching, topic planning and research work are prepared for every student from the start. That is why we can't offer refunds.
Supervision requests
The first month of supervision is paid with your request. If we can't match a supervisor for your topic, we refund the full amount to the number you paid from. Once a supervisor is matched and supervision starts, the fee is non-refundable.
Before you pay
- Read the course page carefully: topic, software, how the batch works and the instructor.
- Have a question? Contact us or message us on WhatsApp before paying. We're happy to help you choose.
- Send the exact amount and enter the correct Transaction ID at checkout.
Payment mistakes
If you accidentally pay twice or send more than the price, we return the extra amount to the number you paid from after checking it. If we cancel a batch before it starts, you can move to the next batch of the same topic.
