What we collect
- When you enroll or buy: your name, email, mobile number, university, department and level, plus the payment method, sender number and Transaction ID you enter.
- In the student portal: your Student ID, enrolled courses, progress, grades, certificates, and a profile photo if you upload one.
- When you request supervision: your contact details, field and research topic.
- When you apply to join our team: your contact details, education, profile links, the CV and the photo you upload.
How we use it
- To verify payments, create your student account and email you your login.
- To run classes, track progress and issue certificates.
- To reply to supervision requests and job applications.
- To contact you about your course or order. We don't send marketing emails without asking.
What is public
- Batch pages: your name, photo, university, level and research interest may appear on your batch's public page. You can hide yourself at any time in the portal.
- Certificate verification: anyone with your Certificate ID or Student ID can confirm your name, course and completion status. This lets universities and employers trust your certificate.
- Your email, phone number and payment details are never shown publicly.
Who else handles your data
We use a few trusted services to run the website: Supabase (database, login and file storage), Vercel (website hosting) and Resend (sending emails). They process data only to provide these services to us. Only the NexnanoH team can see orders, applications and CVs. CVs and applicant photos are stored privately and opened through short-lived secure links.
Cookies
We use only the cookie needed to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep student and certificate records so that certificates can be verified in the future. We keep job applications for up to 12 months. You can ask us to delete your data at any time. If you hold a certificate, deleting your record also means it can no longer be verified.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by contacting us. You can change your photo and batch-page visibility yourself in the portal.
