Who we're looking for

We review every application personally.

Confident enough to guide students all the way to a high-quality, published journal paper
B.Sc., M.Sc. or PhD in your field, or currently doing research
Hands-on skill in research software (COMSOL, MATLAB, Lumerical, Python, SPSS…)
At least one Q1 journal paper published is a big plus
Patience, clear explanations and genuine care for students
